Gochujang Chili Sauce for Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Neutral Oil Avocado oil suggested
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced or micro-planed
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Minced or micro-planed
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ½ Tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Green Onions Sliced thin for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil on medium to low heat. Cook garlic and ginger for 2 minutes, but do not brown them.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the rest of the ingredients minus the garnish.
  • Toss wings in sauce before serving then sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
